Domestic Violence
The following agencies can assist victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault with or without police involvement:

These agencies can assist with places to stay, provide legal guidance, and help with contacting the local Police Departments.

Child Abuse or Neglect – Montgomery County Children and Youth Services will help investigate reports of child abuse or help children who may be innocent victims of crimes or domestic violence. Children & Youth | Montgomery County, PA their telephone number is (610) 278-5800 and this is the official website. To report child abuse call the childline at (800) 932-0313 or file electronically at the website.

Drug & Alcohol – Anyone can contact Gaudenzia if they need assistance with substance abuse at (833) 976-4357.

Fraud & Credit Card Theft – People who have reported being a victim of fraud or credit card theft, should also contact their bank to cancel all credit cards and have new ones issued. An ID Theft Affidavit booklet with important instructions and contact information can be found below.

Mental Health – The MontCo Mobile Crisis team is available 24/7 at (855) 634-HOPE (4673)

Driver Licensing & Testing Information – The PA Department of Transportation is charged with testing and issuing driver licenses to new drivers, new residents moving into the community or re-examination of already licensed drivers.
