- Trash pick-up is only once a week on Wednesdays.
- Recycling pick-ups are every other Wednesday.
- Please don’t put trash before 5:00 pm the evening before pick up.
- Please remove trash cans from the sidewalk after pick up.
- Please don’t blow grass into the gutters as it blocks and pollutes the drains.
- Basketball nets are not permitted in the street.
- All exterior property areas must be maintained.
- Please remove all grass and weeds from curbs and sidewalks.
- Please do not throw snow into the streets.
- Building permits are required for most construction jobs.
- The Board of Commissioners meets on the first Wednesday of the month.
- Please don’t rake leaves into the street as they block the storm drains.
